Where no head height is given, the card sizes the head to the international standard: 70–80% of the photo’s height.
1
Look straight at the camera, with no hat and no glasses, in tidy clothes, against a white wall.
2
The card frames it to 4 × 6 cm on white, with your face centred.

Tap Save photo and upload the JPEG on evisa.gov.vn. It stays under 2 MB.
The official portal asks for a recent 4 × 6 cm photo in JPG or JPEG format, up to 2 MB, looking straight ahead, with no hat and no glasses, in polite clothes, on a white background. It checks each upload automatically: it looks for exactly one face and a straight head, rejects photos taken from another picture, and compares your photo with your passport photo.
So start from a new photo of yourself rather than a photo of a photo. The card frames and sizes it in your browser, without uploading it anywhere.
Vietnamese passport photos are also 4 × 6 cm on white, with both ears visible and no glasses. The online passport service asks for a JPEG 2000 file, which this card doesn't write. We can't promise any application will be accepted.
