In Egypt and at many consulates, a passport application needs three recent colour photos, 4 × 6 cm, with a white background. No official head size is published, so the card uses the international standard, with the head 70 to 80% of the photo's height.
The Egyptian Embassy in Washington asks for 2 × 2 inch photos on white for passports handled in the United States, and its consular section asks the same for paper visa applications. The e-Visa portal doesn't publish photo rules on its public pages.
The card makes one photo in your browser; print as many copies as you need. We can't promise acceptance.
