MediaConverter.io is an online multimedia conversion and editing platform built by Inverse AI. Your privacy is fundamental to how we build our product. All video and audio processing happens entirely in your browser using WebCodecs and WebGL. Your media files are never uploaded to our servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

Your video, audio, or image files
Your editing project data or timeline content
Exported video files

All media processing, rendering, and export happens locally on your device. We have no technical ability to access your files.

Data We May Collect

Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage patterns (page views, feature usage, session duration). This data is anonymized and aggregated.
Feedback: If you voluntarily submit a rating or comment through our feedback form, we store that feedback to improve the product.
Account data: If you sign in (optional), we store your name and email address for authentication purposes only.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (if you sign in) and analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. No advertising cookies are used.

AI Noise Reduction

The AI noise reduction feature processes audio through an external API. Audio data sent for denoising is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after processing is complete.

Data Security

Since your media files never leave your browser, the primary security boundary is your own device. We use HTTPS for all network communication and follow industry-standard security practices for any data we do handle.
